The next step to Total Tenant Satisfaction is upkeep. We are personally involved in every aspect of maintaining our homes. This includes working directly with our top-notch maintenance and repair professionals. But, most importantly, it means keeping in touch with the needs of our tenants. We resolve most maintenance/repair requests within 48 hours.

The last step in Total Tenant Satisfaction is being clear and fair. Most of our tenants receive a refund of 100% of their security deposit because we clearly and fairly communicate property condition and wear and tear issues. We do not charge for nail holes or painting touch-up, because we feel that it is normal wear and tear. Our former tenants are available as references.
